The Ontario Bar Association (OBA) will be hosting a full day event with program chairs Stephen C. Roberts and Ken Stuebing discussing Workplace Safety and Insurance Law which includes WSIB funding review, work reintegration, ADR issues, revisiting traumatic mental stress, human rights, WSIB policy updates, professionalism and WSIAT update.

  • October 1-2, 2012:  Schedule 2 Employers’ Group (S2Eg) Conference

Laura Russell is the Chair of the Schedule 2 Employers’ Group and will be speaking at the 23rd Annual Schedule 2 Employers’ Group Conference which will be held on October 1-2, 2012 at the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel in Richmond Hill.

The Ontario Bar Association (OBA) hosted a WSIB Adjudication and Claims Administration – KPMG’s Value for Money Audit Report Conference  on January 10, 2012. The conference was held at the Conference Centre at the OBA located on 20 Toronto Street, 2nd Floor. Laura Russell was a speaker at this event.
